If you've placed an order with CG through Instagram or Facebook and need it shipped, it is at buyers expense to your zip code from Madison, AL. CG ships to customers at the most economical price in polymailers. 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy! If you are unhappy with fit / style / quality - Please contact CG ASAP or no later than 3 days after receiving or picking up your items. Items must be returned back to CG either by dropping at one of our locations or mailing item(s) back to us. A tracking # must be provided. You will receive a refund in the amount you paid (including discounts received). You will not be refunded shipping since the service was provided. Below is the return form you must include with your items.

PAYMENT METHOD

Following a live sale or after seeing something on our Instagram you'd like, send a message to Clever Giraffe with your email for invoicing with Paypal. 

Choose: Shipped (you pay) or pick up at a CG location near you. 

Payment must be received in advance to Clever Giraffe (even if you are letting your order build up to ship at once). Non-payment results in item going to next person.
